Microphone’s must be reasonably clear.

Strictly no sexual harassment.
No cheating or exploiting. Any of this will lead to a permaban
No meta gaming
No OOC drama etc. This will result in serious penalties..
No advertising other servers in the city.
Reports must be put into a ticket within 24 hours of the incident with supporting clip/ evidence. Clips must be provided.
No discussing reports outside of the tickets.
NO ERP (erotic roleplay), terrorism or suicide RP.
No sending private messages to staff.
No griefing.
No police baiting.
No spam punching or any other kind of personal advantages in combat etc
No impersonating emergency service jobs (EMS, PD)
No body dumping
No selling boosted cars or cars bought through tebex
In city rules:
Strictly NO Metagaming - When a player uses knowledge, information, or tools that their character did not realistically obtain in-roleplay to influence in-character decisions, actions, or outcomes. This rule is essential to maintaining fair, immersive, and believable roleplay.
Examples of Metagaming?
Using OOC Information In-Character.
Acting on details learned through Discord chats, private messages, clips, streams, or server forums.
Taking action based on something you learned while dead, downed, or otherwise incapacitated.
RDM (Random deathmatch) - Must have a valid RP reason for killing or attacking someone. Killing must be a last resort as this helps to extend the RP and allow for greater storylines.
VDM (Vehicle deathmatch) - Cars must NOT be used as weapons or to cause damage to any other player.
An example of this is if you're in a vehicle and someone blocks you while holding a gun then you can hit them to save your own life. We will need clips of this situation to back you up if raised in a ticket.
Powergaming - Cannot use GTA mechanics, bugs or scripts to give your character an unfair advantage. This includes but is not limited to information and powers granted by job role for instance knowing a persons identity due to name on mech tablet. Another form of this would be using the garage script to move items or vehicles out of ongoing scenes. No bodycam unless working in an emergency service. No spam punching.
OOC (Out of character) - While in the city, always stay in character. For example, saying city rules in the city, using OOC terms and any other forms of character breaks.
Voice ID - No using someone's voice to ID them.
Combat logging - Must not leave the server during active scenes or to avoid RP consequences. If you're disconnected during a scene then you must fly back in and carry it on. If in a scene over a storm then must fly back into the last location to finish the scene.
Forced RP - if you see a scene going on that is nothing to do with you then do not force your way into it. Allow people to RP their own scenes out. Also, do not dictate what happens to another player’s character without letting them respond or make choices through roleplay. It removes the other person’s ability to act freely in the scene.
Fear for life - Must realistically fear for life when confronted with a weapon.
An example of this is when your character is in a life-threatening situation (e.g., someone has a weapon aimed at your head), you must act as though your life is in real danger and respond appropriately. It’s about realism — your character shouldn’t act fearless or superhuman when they clearly shouldn’t be.
Another example of this is fearing for your character's life while driving or doing other activities in the city.
This also applies for when being taken hostage.
New life rule - means that when your character dies (stage 2), they “start a new life” — you forget all the events that led to your death and can’t return to the same scene or seek revenge related to it.
It’s about realism and fairness — if your character dies, they shouldn’t magically remember what happened.
Snitching - Snitching to the police about a gang/criminal organisation opens the door to that gang/criminal organisation being able to CK your character if they have the evidence of said snitching. This must be done within 30 days of when the snitching happened. A ticket must be opened to pursue this.
Robbing - When you put another person on their side you are able to rob that person but you cannot flat back that person after robbing them. DO NOT POCKET WIPE!
PD Robbing - PD CAN be robbed BUT you CANNOT take firearms of any sort, tazers, cuffs or tablets.
Green zones - The only green zone in the city is the hospital.
Hostages - Any hospital workers in uniform CANNOT be taken hostage.
Off roading - CANNOT go off road in a sports or super car. Other cars must be adapted to go offroad with raised suspension, offroad tires ect.
Stealing emergency vehicles - Must be a valid RP reason to steal emergency vehicles.
Robberies - No large robberies (Any heist requiring a hostage) 1 hour before storm and no petty robberies 30 minutes before storm. 1 hostage = 1 demand, free passage given to 1 vehicle by default with 1 hostage. You CANNOT change clothing during an active chase. Maximum of 5 per heist and 3 per petty jobs (Not including hostages)
Corruption - Any form of corruption must be given the go ahead by staff through a ticket.
